The hotel is located in a very convenient part of Portland. It was very easy for my wife and I to walk to any of the local resturants and stores. The king bed was comfortable. The room was clean
Not being local to the area is was very difficult to maneuver the one way streets. We were disapointed that the hotel did not provide some sort of breakfast with the cost of the room. We were very upset when we arrived at the hotel and there was an additional fee for parking. The king bed made the room very small, there was no place to put suitcases. If you are not careful you could bump your head on the wall in fromt of the tolet. Because our room was next to the street it was very noisy, I can only presume that is what the ear plugs were for?

Besides, the location was marvellous and unbeatable for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Portland Art Museum. The area was fairly nice short walk to Pearl District resto's and shopping areas, El Gaucho, and many great coffee shops & eateries. We loved the convenience of the double room in the large walk-in closet.

I enjoyed the room with a king bed and the regular sized bathroom. The city noise did not disturb my sleep, and I found it quite peaceful on the fourth floor. I appreciated having a big safe and a Nespresso coffee maker in my room. On my first day, I had breakfast but did not return due to the limited menu. I would consider returning as the location was convenient for exploring.

Totally recommend for a stopover
Comfortable bed, clean room, and convenient evening drink service made for a good stay, while the 24-hour reception and nearby dining options added to the overall experience.
Some transient folk in the vicinity.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is great. It's downtown within walking distance to lots of good restaurants. MAX line is two blocks away. Very convenient.
Not a big deal to us, but the rooms are SMALL.

Boutique hotel with nice design touches in excellent downtown location. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair pricing for business center services.
Too expensive relative to other hotels in the same area. For 10% more a night, I would have gotten a large, city view room in a top brand hotel just a few blocks further away from the main city square. Instead, I got a very small, dark room, miniscule bathroom, view of airconditioning units and restaurant smoke stack.

The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from Portland Art Museum. We found it in a wonderful area near to many shops and restaurants and al the Portland tourist attractions and the centre of Portland. Our room was great-sized and had 2 double beds. The bed was exceptionally comfortable here.
